CRITICAL-POINT ANALYSIS ////
In defining which tools and strategies we redesign, we look for the critical points within systems of development. The critical points are those at which the least force would create the greatest effect on the outcomes of the rest of the system. We target those areas where the smallest input can create the greatest positive change.

With both qualitative and quantitative inputs from all segments of the given value chain, we use organizational modeling and systems simulation to evaluate the fields in which we work. Our ability to understand and model these systems is paramount to identifying the critical points. The breadth of disciplines we have collaborating on each project expands our capacity for complexity and enriches our ability to design solutions that maximize the positive impact of change.

By investing our attention in critical-point analysis prior to and throughout the design process, we avoid a “wide net” approach to change. Our highly targeted solutions consume fewer total resources and yield less disruption at implementation.
