We challenge the convenience of simplistic categorization. Through collaboration, we transcend disciplines and, similarly, we approach global development as a series of interlinked systems that span regions and causes. Our design strategy enable us to work across this global network. The versatility of our technologies and the project-oriented, multi-stakeholder nature of our collaborations give us the agility to be relevant in different climates and cultures. Although our reach is expanding globally, we design hyperlocalized solutions for specific critical-points in given regions. We concentrate on developing robust competencies in essential areas and attract the subject-matter experts to contribute to the design process. We want the tools and strategies we design to be more than expressions of the “think global; act local” mantra. By synthesizing the cause, solution, and the enterprise, we give our work the acceleration and scale to achieve global impact.
