WORK //// TOPICS: The Inescapable & Urgent ////

INFRASTRUCTURE ////
Infrastructure is the legacy of our past and the framework of our future. It is the foundation for our growth as a society. Roads and transportation infrastructure connect us, facilitating commerce, health, and recreation. The built environment and greenspace foster community, shelter and security. Together the design of our surroundings play a large part in defining our quality of life. It is among the most capital-intensive and consequential aspects of development. Its near-permanence ensures the strategies and tools we use in designing and implementing it will impact our world for generations. In both developing communities – where infrastructure is new – and in more developed areas in need of renewal, we find tremendous opportunities for innovation. We bring ultra-affordability, universal accessibility, durability, sustainability, and beauty to buildings and homes, roads and bridges, and IT infrastructure.
